Where does the data come from?
All appointment data is sourced directly from the official Polish National Health Fund (NFZ) API available at api.nfz.gov.pl/app-itl-api/. Data is fetched in real-time, so you always have access to the latest information about available appointments.
How current is the data?
The app fetches data in real-time from the NFZ API with every search. There's no need for manual refresh - data is always up-to-date. You can pull down to refresh and get the latest data.
Why can't I find a specific facility?
Only facilities registered with NFZ and accepting public health insurance patients are listed. Private-only facilities are not included in the NFZ database.
How do I book an appointment?
The app shows available appointments and contact information. To book, call the facility directly using the phone button in the app.
What sorting options are available?
You can sort results by: first available date, distance from your location, waiting time, or queue size. Select the sorting option from the menu in the results screen.
Does the app save search history?
Yes, the app saves a history of previously searched service names. You can quickly select from history or delete individual entries.
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is completely free. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions.
